Warranty Conditions and Duration:

Warranty Period:
Warranty support is provided for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Applicable Conditions:

Customers who purchase iPhone, Mac, or AirPods products at FIVETA are entitled to free warranty for manufacturing defects.
To request warranty service, customers must provide the purchase invoice and the product warranty card.
Warranty processing time: from 3 to 15 business days from the date the product is received, depending on the severity of the defect and the product condition.
Warranty does not cover products damaged due to misuse, impact, or water damage.

FIVETA store at: 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Notes:

After the warranty period expires, repairs for wear and tear or damages caused by the customer will be charged accordingly.
Warranty will not be provided for products with signs of unauthorized hardware modifications or non-genuine parts.
